Koningsdagthuis.nl

Koningsdagthuis.nl was a platform built for the Royal family of the Netherlands for the national holiday Koningsdag. Because of COVID-19, this year's famous Kingsday was cancelled and because of this the Royal house decided to celebrate Kingsday online. Within 10 days, we have built the entire front-end and back-end and I was part of the front-end. People all over the Netherlands, could upload their videos where they perform. Moreover, also a lot of famous Dutch people performed videos and have used the platform Koningsdagthuis.nl. It was an honour to be part of the team to build this.

The front-end for this application was built with React (Next.js).

The Royal family has even thanked us personally in a Zoom call, the day after and on public television.
